The "Big Three" Eligibility Rules

To be successful, you must meet these three core criteria:


Citizenship: You must be a citizen of an eligible country (Ethiopia is a priority country!).


Work Experience: You must have at least 3,000 hours of documented work experience (approx. 1.5 to 2 years).


Note: This can include full-time, part-time, or even voluntary work.


Leadership: You must show proof of leadership experience (e.g., managing a team, leading a project, or heading a student/community group).
