📍 Addis Ababa | Full-Time | Mid–Senior Level

We're looking for a React developer who loves crafting beautiful, fast, and accessible user interfaces. You'll turn polished designs into production-ready React components, making our merchant dashboard and internal tools a delight to use—even on low-bandwidth connections.

✅ Your Responsibilities:

✓Build and ship React components for our dashboards and internal tools

✓Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver smooth user flows

✓Optimize frontend performance for reliability and speed

✓Help shape our design system and reusable UI components

✓Review code and mentor teammates to raise the bar for frontend engineering

🎯 Your Skills & Experience:

✓Strong React fundamentals (Hooks, Context, state management)

✓2+ years working with REST APIs (GraphQL experience is a bonus)

✓CSS mastery (Tailwind is a plus)

✓Clean, testable code with a refactoring mindset

✓Bonus: localization (i18n), accessibility, or offline-ready apps

🌟 Fullstack Developer (Laravel + Vue/React)

📍 Addis Ababa | Full-Time | Mid–Senior Level

We’re also seeking a fullstack engineer who thrives in Laravel on the backend and Vue.js or React on the frontend. You'll build features that help our merchants, agents, and internal teams work smarter and faster—from role-based dashboards to streamlined support tools.

✅ Your Responsibilities:

➥Write robust backend logic using Laravel (queues, events, notifications)

➥Build and maintain frontend components with Vue 3 or React

➥Implement user permissions, roles, and multi-tenant logic

➥Optimize UI/UX for clarity and speed—even under high transaction loads

➥Collaborate across product, support, design, and engineering to deliver better tools

🎯 Your Skills & Experience:

✦2+ years with Laravel (Eloquent, migrations, Horizon)

✦Strong SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL), with query optimization experience

✦Solid frontend development with Vue.js (Composition API) or React✦

✦Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, RESTful APIs, and basic state management

✦Comfort with Git, CI/CD, and deployment platforms like Forge, Vapor, or ECS
