Step 1: Pick a Program (TODAY!) 🔍

Go to the website of the University of Mauritius (UoM) or UTM and pick a program. For your tech background, look for Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Software Engineering.

Step 2: Contact the "Nominating Agency" 🏢

This is the CRITICAL step. This scholarship requires an endorsement from your home country. You must submit your application to the Ethiopian Ministry of Education (Scholarship Department).
